Add Re-Execution Benchmarks for Pathdb Config

Add pathdb config option to set of predefined configs here:

. Note: to match the same execution range currently used by the PR jobs, this will require pushing a pathdb compatible database to the bootstrapping S3 bucket following the documentation in the README here.

Assuming that this is stable, we should add the pathdb config into the scheduled matrix as well here:

This issue has become stale because it has been open 60 days with no activity. Adding the lifecycle/frozen label will cause this issue to ignore lifecycle events.
