Missing changelog for v4.0.2

Describe the issue

I was a bit confused when I tried to read about the changes for v4.0.2, since the last version described in the changelog is v4.0.1.

Although it seems like mostly dependencies were updated (v4.0.1...v4.0.2) it would be nice to have a short description of these changes in the changelog as well.
