Amplify CLI getting started guide should encourage customers to enable a secret scanning tool

Describe the content issue:
A customer that is just getting started with CLI can potentially leave secrets in the wrong places, we should have a recommendation / link to a page in the getting started guide that lets them follow security best practices.
