Docs: add ESM instructions in Tracer docs

What were you searching in the docs?

As a customer, when using the Tracer utility with ESM I should find all the necessary info in the utility docs.

Today this is not the case and several customers have opened issues caused by this gap in the docs: #2605, #2555, #2523, and #2464.

Is this related to an existing documentation section?

How can we improve?

We should include a callout/section in the Tracer docs, under "Usage", that contains the same info we have in the upgrade guide here.
