Description of your changes

This PR applies 2 changes to the Dependabot config in an effort to further fine tune its behavior:

• Set labels: [ ] to disable labelling the PRs. This is done because labels are applied to the PR by another automation after the PR is opened and/or updated
• Add @smithy/** to the aws-sdk dependency group. This is done so that these dependencies are updated together with the SDK
