If the functionalities are already tested in test_hp_cluster_stack.py we should remove this file. Integration test is to test full user experience, not for single class. We can move the HpClusterStack tests to unit tests if it's not there |

What's changing and why?
I am removing an integration test that was yielding nearly 500 rolled back clusters in us-west-2 region in the beta account since August 26th. This test has duplicate functionality to test_hp_cluster_creation.py, but we were not monitoring this test for the last few weeks so it has been failing for various reasons. Because it is testing duplicate functionality, I am removing it and letting test_hp_cluster_creation.py catch issues related to cluster creation.
