Remove wrapped dependency required mishegoss and replace with jinja2 module level imports

This will be a breaking change for Jinja2 configurations

This requires the Jinja2 engine configuration string to change from:

"render_static.backends.StaticJinja2Templates" to "render_static.backends.jinja2.StaticJinja2Templates"
