Text sometimes looks blurry.

You can try to switch versions from 0.12 and 0.13 without changing any code and compare the results, should be as shown above.

Bisected to #11326.

Above code reproduces for me just fine after adding

app.add_plugins(DefaultPlugins.set(WindowPlugin {
    primary_window: Some(Window {
        resolution: WindowResolution::default().with_scale_factor_override(1.0),
        ..default()
    }),
    ..default()
}))

Note that this doesn't seem to affect all text. It seems sensitive to particular node sizes or something. I am also not totally convinced that this is a new issue. Probably needs more testing.
