1. to run the nodejs proxy server:

node app

2. To run graphs.html

On the browser, <File Open>: <file pathname>/graphs.html

3.To run nyc-map.html

On the browser, <File Open>: <file pathname>/nyc-map.html


Eventually, we want both these files to be delivered by the nodejs proxy server - see the code for app-1.js
