- Added owner, reference and subqueue_title - Removed subqueues. It is a calculated value. - Do no set add_subqueues if nodequeue has an owner. It is assumed that the owner will be a smartqueues module which should maintain subqueues on it's own.

Based on experiences exporting a smartqueue I've updated the data structure when exporting and importing nodequeues:
There's also a few whitespace fixes.
