NoteThe following rate limit variables should be reviewed to evaluate whether their validations should be removed or their values increased. This is to ensure they do not interfere with users who complete more quiz sections than the previous daily limit (which allowed only one section per day):

continue without payments when blocked this implementation does not solve it. when we get an error solving the quizz (does not matter the error) we should enable the user to continue without payments
