Installation

1. On the command line, at the project directory, type 'npm install' to install node modules
2. Edit '.env.default' to your credentials and specify the port (default port is 3000).
3. Rename .env.default to .env and save
4. Run the SQL script file to set up Database
5. On the command line, type 'npm start' to start server at the specified port (optionally, 'debug=evaluate:* npm start' for debugging)
