Replace GinkgoParallelNode with GinkgoParallelProcess
Summary
GinkgoParallelNode is deprecated and will be replaced with GinkgoParallelProcess in Ginkgo v2 (migration)
Steps to Reproduce
None. Issue is found in code and is a simple rename to bring into compliance with the upcoming release.
