Profiles seem a little bugging with trying to add new ones and change current ones.
If I try to add a new one it usually won't save unless I restart VSCode first with a clean slate. If I try to add a new one a lot of times it will pull up the current one. It might be nice to have two icons one for add and one for edit as it seems to keep the selection from the last one selected.
Another nice to have would be to be able to setup a Command Profile with a ? in front of the command so that it would prompt the command before running so you could change it.
