* removing md4c.h in favor of n00b.h for now the header is not included directly but is meant to be already present on the system via other means also adjusting crownhash implementation to be n00b hatrack compatible * ignoring tests on libn00b branch
as nimutils is not used in multi-threading now there is no need for the atomic increment and otherwise it wasnt compiling with n00b
