Asking @everpcpc for help.

To make the databend-query with feature storage-hdfs buildable, we need to install java and set up JAVA_HOME correctly.

The cargo and rustup is linked from our builder container, maybe I need to install java in docker instead?

yes, a pull request adding java to build-tool image should be merged first
