Give me admin and I'll clean this shit up

Found a bug with gist not working with `export RUBYOPT=--enable-frozen-string-literal` but I'm not terribly inclined to patch it up if no maintenance will occur... 

Give me admin and I'll get it patched and I'll clean out these issues
