@axe-core/react: _debugID field is removed in React 18

This is more of a heads up, but I noticed that the `_debugID` field [that's used in the `addComponent` function in `@axe-core/react`](https://github.com/dequelabs/axe-core-npm/blob/47fb19811dfa53f219e2fe883cd5d22ca9a661fb/packages/react/index.ts#L285-L288) was removed from React: https://github.com/facebook/react/pull/21570.
