Performance issue while selecting image to deploy on cd pipeline

# Summary
On clicking on the "select image" while triggering the deployment takes few seconds to load the data. This issue is mostly observed when there is scanning enabled.

# Motivation
Performance issue affect the user experience which should not be the case here. 

# Proposal
Data should get loaded within few mililseconds.
