Dropdown Scrolling is not working for react select

Scrolling when the dropdown is open doesn’t work properly - Take the example of the Users section - Open the list of Projects and try to scroll the page down

Describe the bug

When the user opens a dropdown the page can't be scrolled

To Reproduce

1. In the Users section of global configuration
2. Open any dropdown
3. Then try to scroll the page

Expected behavior

The page should scroll even dropdown is open

Current behavior

Page is not scrollable when dropdown is open
