Ignored items should not be deleted

2. add pattern to ignore-list

Result:
Items matching the new patten are deleted (on the remote server).

I expected them to be ignored on both sides.

Well, it is possible with setting:
allowdelete = no

If you still need to delete selected files and directories you have to use (for example):
purge[] = temp/cache

I think this is correct behavior in terms of "synchronization". For your use-case you can disable allowdelete.
