Various APIs in the BCL changed, but nothing concerning has appeared.
Testing the new profile on a Pixel 5 device, `dotnet new android` an
average of 10 runs:
Before:
Average(ms): 172.1
Std Err(ms): 2.20328038262143
Std Dev(ms): 6.96738433305099
After:
Average(ms): 166.3
Std Err(ms): 2.29031778484025
Std Dev(ms): 7.24262076568666

Various APIs in the BCL changed, but nothing concerning has appeared.
Testing the new profile on a Pixel 5 device, `dotnet new android` an
