Move IInteractionService, InteractionService and related types to Aspire.Hosting namespace #10266
Description
IInteractionService, InteractionService and related types are in Aspire.Hosting.ApplicationModel. Move them to the Aspire.Hosting namespace.
Also move the files to match the namespace.
