https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/core/install/linux-ubuntu says that Ubuntu's dotnet packages are only available on platform x64 (amd64)
Ubuntu feed ... only supports x64 Ubuntu.
This is no longer accurate. Ubuntu lunar and later includes dotnet packages on platforms amd64 and arm64 https://packages.ubuntu.com/lunar/dotnet-sdk-7.0
