Remove obsolete attributes at the start of EF10 #34467
Description
We remove obsolete attributes after they have seen an LTS release cycle. However, we forgot to do this at the start of EF9. Rather than doing at the end, with the additional risk involved, we will do it at the beginning of of EF10.
