cc @dotnet/jit-contrib, @AndyAyersMS PTAL. Diffs. The only phase in the backend that requires profile maintenance work, as far as I know, is switch lowering. I suspect enabling consistency through it would benefit code layout only occasionally, though I can take a look in a follow-up PR. |
