Loading AOT module of a container assembly without an actual assembly in the bundle should simplify the build process in the runtime and Xamarin builds. I suggest creating follow-up PRs that would simplify the build process. |

The initial PR was reverted to allow for more testing before release. It contributes to dotnet/macios#17766 (comment) by loading container AOT module using its name, without an actual assembly in the bundle.
This should simplify the build process as the container assembly might not be required.
