Most diskless images files should be setup by the clara module

Currently, the list and the content of the clara diskless images configuration files is fully under the control of the clusters administrators. It requires quite a lot of work to be bootstrapped and the work must be duplicated on every clusters. Many parameters contained in these files are already present in the Hiera repository. They should be given to the clara module in order to generate these files instead.
