It might be better to replace https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-collector-contrib/tree/main/receiver/awss3receiver
with
https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-collector-contrib/tree/main/receiver/awss3receiver#example-configuration
(to point to the config section directly).
And for other links adding an anchor might be good as well.

Describing an alternative to EDOT Cloud Forwarder for AWS: collecting logs using awss3receiver. EDOT Cloud Forwarder works only for Serverless Elastic projects. The manual setup using awss3receiver doesn't have that restriction.
