ProgressIndicator

What is it:

• An indicator that something is loading / refreshing
• Can be used as a pull to refresh Progress indication
• Supports intro, progress, outro animation
• Customisable / Overridable / Supply your own design

How does it work:

• Uses Chaplin for animation
• Uses the CAShapeLayer in UIView to draw graphics
