re eslint-community/renovate-config: it's really a clever idea. I'll try to make one for eslint org - it can be used in the project too.

• I've filed an issue in eslint repo to discuss: Implementing a centralized repository for our GitHub Actions configurations eslint/eslint#17856
• I've created a repo: https://github.com/aladdin-add/eslint-gha-configs, and will try to move it to eslint org once the proposal is accepted.

just wondering if we need to wait for it, or we can merge it as-is, and change the extends later.🧐
