Booleans don't have a value, they are either present(set) or not(not set). This PR changes the name of
--check-app-descriptorto--ignore-app-descriptorand sets the field tofalsewhen the option is present.While this may be considered a breaking change, the previous option could only set a
truedefault totrue, rendering it essentially useless.
