`BlobPool.txValidationFn` field is no longer used. Is it removable?

Hi geth team,

I noticed that txValidationFn field in BlobPool (as shown below) is no longer used since the PR #31202 was merged.

Is this field planned to be used in the future, or would it be safe to remove it?

You are right, this function is no longer used. Originally it was used for testing overrides. Please open the PR if you want!
