The "eth_changed" and "shh_changed" RPC return value returns "topics" instead of "topic" #343
Description
In cpp it is "topic" and etheuem,.js expects it to be "topic" as well.
Please change that in the return value of "eth_changed" and "shh_changed" RPC methods.
