iOS builds were broken since forever, Maven central Android uploads were broken since they switch to CGE. As with puppeth, maintaining the capability to run a mobile node lost its meaning with the necessity of an attached beacon client. At this point running Ethereum in a mobile environment will be a task to be picked up by some other team.
