Hey Thomas,
I added a lookup table that contains all de toolchain names/versions that are available in easybuild-easyconfigs. I could only figure out for less than half of them what generation they belong to. I propose to merge this PR, so the change becomes visible in your PR to 'easybuild-framework', and we can discuss with them how to fill out this table.
Once the change is visible in the main PR, I'll trigger the discussion about the table.
