Chore: replace deprecated pinata-web3 with pinata #8

Hi team,
The package pinata-web3 is deprecated; its maintained successor is pinata.
I’ll open a small PR to:
- Replace pinata-web3 with pinata and update imports/usages for any API differences
- Add an integration test suite
- Update README.md with a “Storage Providers” section and instructions on running tests
We’re keen to collaborate and will keep changes small and incremental, starting with this migration.
