Use Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) device for local control of Tesla without cloud. See tesla-local-control/tesla_ble_mqtt_docker installation note. Similar suggestion from this thread. See note from pkuehnel on Bluetooth device placement. Try evSolarCharger, select "Tesla BLE MQTT API" and set "Wait status update" to 25 seconds.
