Update to new Android plugin APIs #183
Description
As documented at https://flutter.dev/docs/development/packages-and-plugins/plugin-api-migration, all plugins should migrate to the new Android Plugin APIs.
This especially improves support for add-to-app scenarios.
While this doesn't require immediate action, it should probably be done in the foreseeable future.
