Source of "dxcc_entities" and "dxcc_prefixes"?

Over the last days I have been searching hard to find a reliable and consistent source of

• call sign prefixes, matched with
• CQ and ITU zones and
• country prefixes

The ARRL lists are nice but ambigous and incomplete. There are lots of web-sites that replicate the information, but there is nothing like the two tables included in qlog.db dxcc_prefixes and dxcc_entities. However, I fail to localize the information source of this in the internet. Are they available anywhere for download, is there a reference site with these tables in some form?

I stumbled over https://www.country-files.com/ last nicht as well studying another source.

There is a quite nice Python library which is described here https://pypi.org/project/DXEntity/. It uses an undocumented Apple "plist" from the "country files" web site, and it's quite well performing. Translating 50k call signs takes about three seconds on my desktop PC.
