Need to link Win64 build on fontforge.org

There are some extremely large fonts like BabelStone Han. They are totaly unopenable in x86 builds, but obsolete x64 builds are OK. AFAIU, you DO TEST FontForge in MinGW64, but I can’t see any builds.
