Add suggestions

A few suggestions that I thought while following the tutorial, feel free to cherry-pick any of them.

Also, I was thinking about the order of the sections, another structure could be:

• Explain everything about Rust
• Explain how we create the wrapper
• Explain the C side

Not sure if this would improve the current form, but just another idea.
