Hi @yantosca I have updated hcoi_gc_diagn_mod.F90.txt and the Restart file based on #2926, but the following issues remain. The same error also appears when I run GEOS-Chem-TOMAS. I’d appreciate your help.

Thanks @ChenBHXMU. The last thing in your log file is:

NASA-GSFC Tracer Transport Module successfully initialized

which makes me think that it might be this error.

Hi @yantosca. Thank you for your reply. However, this link is no longer valid.

Additionally, when I submitted the task, I set it to export OMP_STACKSIZE=20000m, but the error still persists.

Thanks for letting me know about the broken link @ChenBHXMU, I'll fix that. I think the link was pointing to:

How much memory are you requesting for the job? II don't see a #SBATCH -mem=XXXXXX command, where XXXXXX is the amount of memory in GB. It could be that the job is using a default amount of memory that is too small.

Hi @yantosca Thank you for your reply.

When submitting the job, I added a memory-usage setting.

In one case, I appended Background_VV: 1.0e-25 to the APM-related species in species_database.yml, but the same error persists; GC.log is the corresponding log.

In another case, I made no changes to species_database.yml, and the program reported the following issue.

Thanks @ChenBHXMU I have been very busy on my end. I would suggest trying to debug the issue yourself using some of the tips described on ReadTheDocs.

Also @ganluoasrc has the best knowledge of APM.
