Lower Docker Compose version requirement

@aldy505 - with this, maybe we can lower the Docker Compose version requirement again as some people were complaining about that?

It would create some confusion, older releases requiring newer compose version and newer releases requiring older.

And it's been almost 7 months since compose 2.32.2 has been released, compose installation has been changed and it's been easier to upgrade to newer versions for users.

All that being said, I'd agree and say let's lower requirement as right now it's wrong and min_requirement is 2.19.0 since functionality needed from 2.32.2 is not used anymore.
