When GGML_DEBUG is enabled:
- ggml_free() segfault
- GGML_PRINT_DEBUG() compile error, since ggml : change ggml_graph_compute() API to not require context #1999
ggml_graph_compute_thread() does not record node perf, since broken change: deprecate GGML_TASK_INIT and GGML_TASK_FINALIZE #1995
