Explicitly display "can't checkout" message #998
Description
The details view of a PR will prohibit a user from checking out the branch if they have uncommitted changes in their branch. Hovering over the branch displays a tooltip explaining this, but it's not very obvious. We should take this message outside of the tooltip and put it somewhere in the view.
