Description

I tried to run the provided ScrollablePositionedList example, targeting Chrome. When running the example, it fails with the following error:

The following RangeError was thrown building Builder:
max must be in range 0 < max ≤ 2^32, was 0

The example runs fine when randomMax is lowered by 1.

If it's any useful, here is the Flutter Doctor's diagnostics
