Feature request - agent - custom max lifetime & do not renew

It would be great if agent could get following features :

• custom max allocation lifetime (in light of 0 poi hunting) ?
• setting do not renew after closing at max allocation lifetime ?

Try configuring deployment or global rules in indexing cli

• allocationLifetime (in unit of epoches, minimum 1, default network-defined maximum lifetime)
• autoRenewal (boolean, default to true)
