splitmix is unhappy on Macs because of missing kSecRandomDefault. Apple docs say it's been there since MacOS 10.7. Any clues?

Change in splitmix 0.1.3 apparently. Is it okay if for now we block that version?

@phadej do you know why GitHub's Mac runners claim not to know about kSecRandomDefault?

Probably because you forked a branch and got it to a mergeable state (approvals, labels, CI) before master advanced. Generally, I think bot has completely lost the ability to rebase. No matter what the account of the PR author / branch owner is.
