This PR adds the Myanmar translation for Chapter 3: Fine-tuning a pretrained model.
The translation includes per-chapter glossaries for technical terms, aiming for clarity and accessibility. Specialized English terms are retained in the main text to align with technical standards, with their explanations provided in the glossaries.
